Executive Assistant/ Office manager
Job Description
– Diary management- Email Management- Travel arrangements – hotels, transport, tickets, expenses, visa applications- Drafting letters and Power-point presentations- Support and coordination of Board meetings (set up, distribution of board packs, catering, pickups etc.)- Administration and filling- Supporting other team members and the company in general if needed- Events management
The Successful Applicant
– At least 1-3 years of experience in a supporting role (international)
– Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
– Proactive, confident and a self-starter
– Ability to problem solve on the spot and always retain a calm and professional demeanour
– Excellent command of the English
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills
